El liderazgo de los directivos de las Pymes en Colombia

This article is a bibliographic review about leadership of directives of smes in Colombia, whose objectives were to identify the types of leadership, to stablish the ways to lead of the directives of smes and finally, to define the types of leadership of the directives of smes in Colombia. Likewise the methodology will be done in three stages collection of bibliographic files, revision and at the end analysis and redaction of the selected information. The realization of this article allows to conclude that Colombian directives of smes are democratic leaders, collectivists, maintain a strong link between the members of the group, they are consider as an instrument to promote the groups wellbeing, they are open to the opinion of the followers, allow their active participation making decisions and considers that their followers are motivated to do the right thing make an effort to be organized and work hard to obtain significant and positive aims through the groups motivation and its potential. Colombia should be a person who empower others and who serves as model to motivate his workers acknowledging and celebrating their achievements, what concludes he should be moderated in the stablishment of goals and innovation, and to have habilieties in the personal management and planification
