This research is developed in the city of Pereira in the faculty of administrative, economic and financial sciences of the University Foundation of the Andean Area. Directed by the marketing and advertising program, the approach that will be used is the quantitative one due to the statistical figures used that will serve as reference for the investigation. Focusing on the perception that entrepreneurs have of the practitioners of the marketing and publicity program looking for the problems and strengths of the students and describing how to act on the problems that may arise, besides promoting the strengths of the practitioners. This is due to different nascent problems such as: the positions of the students are being occupied by other practitioners of different careers such as administrators and graphic designers, and that the program is doing to correct these shortcomings, strengthening and improving the skills of the students.
