La prueba de polígrafo como prueba novel a la luz del sistema legal colombiano

Abstract

This article is the result of a reflection process around the topic of the use of polygraph, here it is intended to identify and determine the origin of this test in the light of Colombian legislation as a novel test, respecting human and constitutional rights. It is relevant to mention that the information for the present investigation is the result of the detailed analysis of the existing documentation; from which the different positions were extracted against the use of the polygraph test, with the intention of determining its origin or, on the contrary, its non-acceptance in the Colombian legislation, starting from the political constitution of Colombia up to its dependent norms of inferior hierarchy.
