Condiciones laborales de los empleados en relación al clima organizacional de los Call Center de Pereira
In the present article a bibliographical review is realized on the working conditions of the employees in relation to the climate organizational in Pereira's call center. For these three aims are had: To establish the working conditions of the Colombian companies, to determine the components of the climate organizational and to define the working conditions of the companies of the call center. The review of the documents realized in three phases first the reading of the modals, the analysis of the information contributed by every author and the synthesis of agreement to the raised aims. The review allows to conclude that the labor guarantees facilitate a major efficiency of the employees; there exists a lack of knowledge of the businessmen concerning the labor legislation; The components of the climate organizational are centered on the guarantees, tools and the benefits that the employees have opposite to the accomplishment of his activities and the fulfillment of the working conditions in the call center is insufficient about another type of organizations.
