Planeación estratégica de las pymes del sector metalmecánico
Theassimilation of the Strategic Direction in the metal-mechanic sector for small and medium enterprises is fundamental for the economic development of the nation and itself, since it potentiates productivity through the establishment of objectives and strategic plans focused on the improvement of quality, of service and complementary activities to meet these objectives. The importance of the implementation of the Strategic Direction in this sector lies in the relevance that has to contribute to the country with the employment generation, and largely to the national economy and a formalization of the industry that leads to great competitive advantages at the international level. This article is a bibliographic review about the Strategic Direction of SMEs in the metalworking sector whose objectives were: to identify the strategic direction of SMEs in the metal-mechanic sector, describe the factors of Strategic Management, establish SME targeting strategies and examine the strategic processes of the metalworking sector as well as the methodology was carried out in three stages: reading comprehension, analysis of the information collected and synthesis. To conclude the strategic direction defines the orientation of products and services to the market of SMEs in the metalworking sector which allows to determine the growth of small and medium enterprises.
