Factores de competitividad de las Pymes del sector cosmético y aseo en la ciudad de Pereira
This article is bibliograohic review about the competitiveness of SMEs in the cosmetic and hygiene sector in the city of Pereira, whose objectives were to define and establish the competitiveness factors of SMEs. Likewise, the methodology used was a documentary analysis, with a qualitative approach and a descriptive type. Likewise, the completion of the article concludes that: competitiveness has become a necessity to carry out all business activities and reach new markets; SMEs must develop competitiveness factors such as innovation, productivity and aadapt new technologies to achieve an efficient and more competitive process. In addition to promoting research and development, to improve production techniques that allow the optimization of resources, cost reduction and product quality. The cosmetics and cleaning sector in Colombia is a sector that generates a competitive advantage beecause it is the country with the greatest biodiversity worldwide, allowing the elaboration of this type of products with natural and organic ingredients, wich are currently being very well accepted, by both national and international consumers, for its benefits.
