dc.description.abstract | En el presente documento se discute las relaciones entre los procesos de alfabetización financiera y la gestión de las Micros, pequeñas y Medianas Empresas (En adelante: MiPymes), puntualmente en lo relacionado a la productividad. Se parte de una revisión documental sobre el constructo de “Alfabetización Financiera”. Posteriormente, se plantea una descripción de la situación actual de las MiPymes en Colombia y sus referentes a nivel mundial, a través de lo cual se devela la influencia y vinculación de los procesos de alfabetización financiera con estos. Así mismo, se realiza una revisión de los constructos relacionados con productividad empresarial para lograr una síntesis de la vinculación de la alfabetización con los niveles de productividad y los impactos en las MiPymes. | spa |
